[Beta tester barista] After a week of intensive use, I have to say that the Sabi is a very well resolved machine for its range. The extraction is stable, the adjustable pre-infusion really makes a difference with origin coffees. The self-pressing system seemed gimmicky at first, but in practice it works better than many manual tampers. The overall construction is solid, although I miss a bit more control over the pump pressure. Even so, as a machine for home, it is a great learning tool, enjoyable and has an unbeatable market price.

I was able to prepare cappuccinos with good body and dense microfoam effortlessly. The automatic cleaning system also helps to maintain the routine without forgetfulness. I have tried different recipes and the memory of settings works well. The grinder has enough margin for fine espressos and lighter lungo type coffees. I miss being able to control the exact ratio in grams, but it's something you can supplement by weighing externally. At the barista experience level, it feels quite complete.
