What can I do with IWA?
IWA is your personal assistant via WhatsApp and allows you to manage the time and product of your coffee subscription. You can advance or delay your next order, modify the coffees, add one-time products with a 25% discount, and resolve doubts or technical problems with the help of artificial intelligence, among many other things.
What is the "panic button"?
Are you about to run out of coffee and need it NOW? The panic button allows you to urgently order coffee with a single click and receive it as soon as possible. You just have to press the button, confirm your order and we will get to work preparing it so you receive it as soon as possible.
Can I change the coffees in my subscription from IWA?
Yes. You can add, remove or modify the coffees from your subscription directly from the chat. You can also add products occasionally (such as cups, grinders, samples, etc.) with a 25% discount.
Can I try new coffees?
Yes, you can add 100-gram coffee samples with a 25% discount to try new flavors. Explore all our varieties and then choose your favorites.
Can I cancel the subscription from IWA?
No, to pause or cancel your subscription, you must do it from:

Yes, if your subscription was cancelled or is in the process of being cancelled, you can reactivate it from IWA by clicking the “Reactivate subscription” button and following the steps indicated.

Do I need to identify myself to use IWA?
Yes. When you write for the first time or after a period of not using it, we will ask you to verify your identity through an SMS. Only then will you be able to manage your subscription or orders. It’s for your safety.

It is a generative artificial intelligence function that helps you solve common technical problems with your coffee maker. IWA will explain step by step how to solve them, with videos included! If the problem persists, you can submit a form and our customer service team will contact you.

Can I speak with a real person?
Of course! If at any point you prefer human attention, IWA will offer you a button to contact our Customer Service team. Depending on your language or country, you will be able to call us directly or open a new chat with one of our agents.
Can I cancel an order from IWA?
Not for now. If you want to cancel an already generated order, you will have to contact our customer service team, from the “Contact” button, in the IWA chat itself. However, we continue working so that you can do it soon.
