What does the coffee subscription consist of? How does it work? What benefits does it have?
Our subscription is the perfect solution to never run out of coffee again. You just need to tell us how many coffees are consumed in your home, which varieties you prefer, and how often you want to receive it, and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive freshly roasted coffee beans with scheduled deliveries, which you can modify anytime via WhatsApp.
Do I have to place the order every month or quarter or is it done automatically?
Orders are automatically generated with the coffees you have in your subscription. If you don’t want to modify them, every month or every quarter, depending on your type of subscription, your order will automatically arrive at your home. If you see that you are about to run out of coffee, you can advance your subscription. On the contrary, if you have not yet used all the coffee from the previous order, you can also delay it. All of this, you can manage through your WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum amount of coffee to subscribe?
The minimum amount of coffee to create a subscription is 500 g per month.
This means that if you have a monthly subscription, the minimum consumption will be 500 g, and if you have a quarterly subscription, the minimum will be 1.5 kg per order. The coffee can be of any variety (we don’t offer packages smaller than 500 g).
What happens if I need more or less coffee?
No worries! You can modify the amount of coffee or bring forward or delay the delivery date as many times as you need. Additionally, if you’re running low on coffee and need more urgently, you can go to our WhatsApp, and with just the press of a button, we’ll start preparing your next delivery immediately.

Can the coffee, quantity, or frequency be modified? How?
Of course! You can modify the coffee variety, quantity, and delivery date of your next order. The process of changing is very easy, and you can do it through the my account section.

Can the delivery address be changed once subscribed? How many times?
Yes, you can modify the delivery address while your subscription is active. You can also change the delivery date, either bringing it forward or delaying it, if you need to receive the delivery at a different time.
Is there a commitment? Can you unsubscribe / cancel the subscription? How?
If your subscription is not linked to the purchase of a coffee maker, there’s no commitment! Although we wouldn’t want to say goodbye, you can cancel anytime.
However, if you subscribed when purchasing a coffee maker, you will need to complete the 4 or 6 coffee orders you selected. The number of orders will depend on the plan you chose when buying the coffee maker, either 12 or 18 months.
Can the subscription be paused?
At the moment, you can’t pause the subscription, but what you can do is delay the delivery date so that the coffee doesn’t pile up.
If I subscribe today, when will I receive my first subscription order?
It takes us a couple of days to prepare your order, so if you subscribe today, you will receive your first coffee delivery a few days later.
When are charges made to my credit card?
At the time of creating the subscription, the first charge is made instantly. For the next shipments, the charge will be made on your card two days before the approximate delivery date.
Can I change the payment method once subscribed?
Yes. Once subscribed, you can modify the payment method you registered when creating the subscription.
If I subscribe, do I pay shipping costs?
For orders on the Peninsula, from 35 € onwards, shipping costs are never paid. For deliveries in the Balearic Islands, they are not paid from 50 € onwards and in the Canary Islands, they are not paid from 100 € onwards.
Can I subscribe if I live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla? Are there extra shipping costs?
Of course, you can subscribe whether you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. Shipping is free for orders over €69 in Ceuta and Melilla, and over €100 in the Canary Islands. In both cases, if the minimum is not reached, shipping fees will apply.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, you can gift a subscription but the data we need to create a subscription will be in your name. Although this is not a problem, as you can change it later if necessary.
