Can I try the service before I sign up?

Of course, you can try our service and taste the coffee with an expert, who will adjust the parameters of the coffee machine to your tastes.

How many varieties of coffee do you have?

We currently have three types of coffee for companies: Blend Arabica, Blend Strong and our decaffeinated coffee. You can see the differences between them on the corporate coffee page. We also have single origin coffees from 12 farms around the world, adapting to the tastes and needs of each client.

If I already have a coffee machine, can I buy your coffee?

Of course you can! You can make bulk purchases of our business coffees and still use your super-automatic machine. Unfortunately we cannot offer automatic stocking as this is a feature of our smart coffee machines but you can let us know whenever you are short of coffee.

Do you provide other products: teas, accessories, cups...?

We have a wide range of complementary products and consumables to accompany your coffee, from sweeteners, ceramic cups and plates, take away cups, milks, soluble chocolates, teas and various infusions.

How does the milk solution work?

Our automatic coffee machines have an inlet for installing different types of milk coolers. These coolers have one or two tanks, for milk or vegetable drinks, and self-cleaning technology. We can offer you the milk solution that best suits your needs.

How long should I consume my coffee?

We roast daily so that you can enjoy your coffee always fresh. On your bag we will inform you of both the roasting date and the expiry date. The maximum consumption date for coffee is one year, although we recommend consuming it between two and three months after the roasting date. Thanks to the connectivity of our coffee machines, we will send you the coffee automatically so that you always have freshly roasted coffee, and do not store more than two months of coffee.

How many types of coffee machines are there?

We currently have five types of business coffee machines: Soho, Pure 8, Pure 10, Prime and Prime Barista. You can see the differences between them on the business coffee machines page.

In coffee machines, is it possible to make more than one coffee at a time, and different coffees at the same time?

We have different models of coffee machines and several of them have the possibility of making two coffees at the same time. We also have coffee machines with more than one coffee hopper, so that you can have two types of coffee beans in the same coffee machine.

What is the noise level of the coffee machine?

Professional coffee machines are equipped with an anti-noise system, so that all models are below 60 dB.

Can I change the strength or size of the drinks?

Of course! Our coffee specialist will adjust the coffee machine according to the customer's needs.

Is there a difference in the preparation of coffee depending on the machine I have installed?

All our machines are professional and are designed for you to enjoy the perfect espresso at the touch of a button. The differences between them are related to the number of preparations and the volume of coffees, but the quality is always the same.

How often does the machine have to be maintained?

Each coffee machine will have a specific maintenance. That is why we will send you videos and cleaning material for each coffee machine.

What water should I use for the machine in my office?

We recommend using filtered or bottled water, in order to avoid a high level of limescale in the coffee machine and to reduce flavours in the water that may affect the cup of coffee.
