Capsules

Do they offer a genuine coffee-drinking experience?

With just 5 grams of encapsulated coffee, it’s not possible to create a full-bodied cup of coffee. Capsules often contain additives to simulate the coffee experience.
The foam they generate is also not genuine; it’s merely air bubbles resulting from the pressure of water passing through the capsule. True coffee crema should be a fine layer that lingers in the cup for several minutes.

And the smell of coffee that kitchens used to have before?

In conclusion, capsules do not provide a good coffee-drinking experience.

With the consumption of coffee capsules, microplastics and aluminum are ingested, which can present adverse effects if consumed repeatedly.

In our opinion, compostable capsules are a better option than aluminum or plastic capsules, although they don’t completely solve the issue.
Firstly, producing compostable materials and packaging capsules requires much more energy than simply using whole coffee beans.
Secondly, the biodegradable material of the capsules only breaks down within the specified timeframe if they reach a composting facility, and a high percentage of biodegradable capsules don’t end up in organic waste bins.
Finally, when it comes to quality, a freshly roasted and freshly ground coffee will never be comparable to any type of capsule coffee. It’s like comparing a freshly picked peach from a tree to a canned peach in syrup.

Coffee

Most coffee bags have multiple layers and are made from different materials. Our bags are made from single-material to ensure 100% recyclability. We also use compostable water-based inks, eliminating any unnecessary waste.

Undoubtedly, once the coffee bag is opened, it starts losing its aroma and flavor properties.
However, our 500g and 1kg coffee bags come with a zip-lock system to help you store the whole coffee beans better than if they were in the coffee maker’s hopper. We recommend keeping the bags in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
The best option is to store it in an airtight container where you can remove the air before sealing it. This way, you can minimize coffee oxidation as much as possible.

Within 24 hours of being ground, coffee loses over 50% of its flavor and aroma. This is because the oxidation process of the coffee is accelerated; when it’s ground, more particles come into contact with the air, causing it to lose the natural protection provided by the whole bean.

We work with small farms or cooperatives that collaborate with small coffee producers. By breaking the distribution chain and importing directly, we can pay a more fair price to the farmer, ensuring a reasonable final retail price for the consumers.

Each of our farms has a project behind it. You can discover them in the product profiles of the coffees!

We have a dedicated page specifically created to help you choose the coffee that best suits your taste. If the doubts persist, we recommend that you contact us without hesitation so that we can provide personalized assistance. We also offer tasting packs, which allow you to try all our coffees in small 100-gram packages.

We roast the coffees for the following week weekly. This allows us to always offer freshly roasted coffee. You can see the roasting date on the back of the package.
The roasting of our coffees is done by hand, by our expert roasters.

Our decaffeinated coffee is processed using the Swiss Water decaffeination method. This process only employs water and green coffee extract to decaffeinate the beans. It does not use any chemical solvents.

Preparing an espresso with the Incapto coffee machine consumes approximately 9 grams of coffee, which means that with one kilo of coffee we can make approximately 120 coffees. Our coffees are priced between 15 and 30 cents per cup. A premium coffee capsule is usually around 40 cents per capsule, so you can save more than 50% on each cup. A premium coffee capsule usually costs around 40 cents per capsule, which means you can save over 50% on each cup. Coffee maker

It is the most compact on the market, it has 19 bars of power, low noise level, and the most economical compared to machines with similar features.

The maintenance of our coffee machine is minimal and very simple. The coffee machine notifies you when the coffee grounds drawer needs to be emptied, when it’s running low on water or whole coffee beans, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Once every quarter (approximately, depending on coffee consumption), it will prompt you to perform descaling. This is a process you can easily do using the descaling packets that come with the coffee machine.

Remember to clean it once a month to prevent coffee residues from obstructing its operation.

The Incapto coffee machine only has one coffee compartment, but of course, you can use different types of coffee simultaneously.
With each coffee machine order, we include a measuring spoon for free. With this spoon, you can add the necessary amount for a single coffee serving each time, keeping the compartment empty.
This way, you can use decaffeinated coffee or any other coffee you prefer without having to empty the coffee compartment or hopper. Additionally, this method helps keep the coffee beans in better condition within their packaging.

We understand that even though we offer the best super-automatic coffee machine at the most affordable price on the market, its cost can still be a barrier for many. Let’s be honest, it’s a more expensive coffee machine than any capsule-based one. However, with a minimum consumption of 2 coffees per day, we have calculated that in 6-8 months of consumption, the savings from using whole coffee beans versus capsules will already offset your initial investment. Furthermore, the expected lifespan of the Incapto coffee machine is 10 years. Just imagine the savings it can provide you over this time period. You probably have some of the indicators turned on, which can alert you about low water, coffee shortage, or the need to empty the coffee grounds.

Have you already emptied them and the light is still on? That’s because you did it with the coffee maker off, and it doesn’t detect that you’ve emptied them!

You just need to remove the tray for a few seconds and then put it back in place.

Subscription

Of course! Each month/quarter, you can modify the coffees in your subscription, the next order generation date, and the quantity of coffee to receive. You can make all these changes through the “my account” section. If you have any doubts about how to do this, you can request the changes through the contact form, and we will make the adjustments for you.

In order to purchase the coffee maker at a reduced price, we ask for the minimum consumption of a family that drinks 1-2 coffees a day at home, the equivalent of 500g per month or 1.5kg of coffee per quarter. For coffee-only subscriptions, there are no consumption minimums.

With the purchase of the coffee maker, you acquire a one-year coffee subscription commitment with Incapto. After this period, you can request cancellation through your profile.

Orders are automatically generated with the coffees you have in the subscription. If you have not modified them, each month/quarter you will receive the coffees that you have purchased at the beginning of your subscription. In no case do you have to buy coffee, but advance the subscription if you see that you run out of coffee, otherwise you will not take advantage of the special subscriber price!

A coffee subscription is the best solution to never run out of coffee at home and always have it freshly roasted. Choose the coffees you like the most based on your consumption, and you’ll forget about buying coffee. Moreover, you’ll enjoy great benefits as an Incapto subscriber, such as a consistently special price on coffee, an extra 10% in your quarterly subscription, loyalty gifts, access to exclusive products, participation in tastings and events, among many other advantages!
