Our frother works with dairy or plant-based milk, and here are our recommendations to get the most out of each one.· If you use dairy milk, make sure it has more than 3% fat.· If it's plant-based, a barista version works best.Temperature matters too: if the milk is cold, it has more room to work with because it takes longer to heat up — it will be more emulsified and the foam will be finer and creamier. It's also important to avoid reheating it, as the bubbles break and the texture is lost.
