Do you have a technical incident?

In Incapto We are here to help you when you have any type of problem with your coffee maker. We remind you that your coffee maker has a two-year factory warranty if it was purchased before 12/31/2021, and three years if you purchased it after this date. The warranty applies from the date of purchase of the coffee maker..

If you have any problem with your coffee maker, you can contact us via Whatsapp at +34 651 88 86 77 or by calling the customer service phone number +34 91 123 14 67 and we will explain how to proceed to solve your incident.

What steps should I follow?

1. Contact us to report your incident. You can do it by writing to us whatsapp to +34 651 88 86 77.

2. Once we receive the incident, we will define the type of problem and we will try to resolve it initially with a person from our team who is an expert in incidents. It is essential that all incidents that are reported, are accompanied by images or videos of the fault in question to facilitate its resolution.

3. If it is not possible to resolve your incident electronically, we provide you with a form to proceed to collect the coffee maker for repair at our Official SAT. (SAT form).

What does the factory warranty cover?

For machines Incapto Coffee offers the following manufacturing warranty with the following terms and conditions:

– three years factory warranty (machines purchased after January 1, 2022).

1. Only the manufacturing warranty of machines purchased in our website of Incapto Coffee.

2. Damage that occurs within the warranty period will be corrected (see exclusions in point).

3. Incapto will choose for the warranty provision between repair, replacement of parts or replacement of the complete machine. The warranty benefits do not imply an extension or a new beginning of the warranty period. Parts that have been replaced will be the property of Incapto.

The right to provide a guarantee is eliminated in the following cases:

- For damage or defects caused by a non-regulatory connection, improper handling or transportation, repair or reform carried out by unauthorized persons, as well as failure to comply with the instructions for use and/or in the event that the service or maintenance instructions indicated in the instruction manual are not followed.

- If the coffee group is removed from the machine when it is not in its rest position (vertical).

- Parts that suffer wear due to use (such as gaskets, grinding discs and valves).

- Damage caused by foreign bodies in the grinding mechanism (stones, pieces of wood, staples, liquids,...).

- Damage caused to the grinding mechanism by the use of roasted, ground coffee, or any other type that is not naturally roasted coffee beans.

- Wear of aesthetic parts (such as coffee dispenser, milk frother lance, trays, housing, hopper cover, water tank,...).

- The purchase invoice with the purchase date and the type of machine serves as a warranty certificate. -If the purchase was made on behalf of a company or legal entity, or the machine is not for domestic use, the manufacturing warranty will be 12 months.

- The application of the guarantee is made after prior consultation with the telephone assistance line, WhatsApp or email.

What do repairs cost?

1. Repairs covered by the factory warranty.


If the repair falls within the factory warranty, the cost is free. If the coffee maker arrives dirty at our technical service, 12 euros will be charged for cleaning the coffee maker. Machines that do not have the original box will not be accepted.* If you do not have the original box, we have at our disposal a special box that can be purchased for €10 and the coffee maker must be sent to our technical service with this box.

2. Repairs outside of factory warranty


Repair cost for subscribers:
49€
Repair cost for non-subscribers: 99€

These costs cover any type of machine repair. It is a flat rate for labor, transportation and parts.

*If the coffee maker is sent to technical service with a box that is not the original one and the device suffers an incident during transport, Incapto Coffee is not responsible for this repair.
