From Huila to your cup: the story of Eider Perdomo

Our Pink Bourbon comes from the Buena Vista farm, where Eider Perdomo, third generation of coffee growers, decided to change the family legacy of conventional coffee growing and bet on specialty coffee. His technical training in Specialty Coffee Production, combined with his experience in the field, have allowed him to perfect very precise processes like the one in this batch. The result? A coffee that leaves no one indifferent due to its sweet flavor, reminiscent of tropical fruit juice, and its fruity aromatic intensity.

A lot discovered at auction: quality that is recognized

This coffee is also characteristic because we acquired it at a regional auction, a space where authentic coffee gems are discovered. In the case of Eider, participating gave him a better price for his batch, motivation to continue improving, recognition for his work and new contacts who, upon discovering his excellent coffees, tend to become repeat buyers.
