Our coffee from Mexico is born in the mountains of the Sierra Madre of Chiapas, between communities such as La Soledad and Aguas Calientes, at 1,400 meters of altitude. Here, small local producers grow Bourbon, Typica and Caturra varieties with washing methods that result in an aromatic and light coffee, with notes of cocoa, citrus and cane sugar, and a warm touch of cinnamon that makes it unique. Perfect to enjoy alone and appreciate all its nuances.
