The coffee INCAPTO x Hofmann was created to enhance, but not overshadow, the texture and flavor of Hofmann's iconic creations, from his mascarpone croissant to his brioches and panettones.

After a joint tasting, to discover which coffee fits best in sweet moments, we found the perfect profile in Brazil. It is a 100% Arabica coffee with a medium-high roast level, a creamy texture, a dense body and notes of bitter cocoa.

A coffee created to accompany Hofmann

This coffee was born from a joint tasting between INCAPTO and Hofmann with a clear objective: to find the profile that best enhances, without overshadowing, the flavor of their iconic creations. The result is a 100% Arabica from Brazil, from the Flor de Café farm in Nepomuceno, Minas Gerais, with a medium-high roast, creamy texture, dense body and notes of bitter cocoa. The perfect companion for a mascarpone croissant, a brioche or any sweet moment.

Behind this coffee there is a dream, not a delirium

This lot comes from Milena Rodríguez, producer of Flor de Café in Nepomuceno, Brazil. After a career as an editor, Milena returned to her homeland to continue the family business and transform it: today she promotes regenerative practices on her farm and accompanies other producers in the region in the transition towards agriculture that is more respectful of the soil and people. As she says: "I have a dream, not a delusion." Her vision is to create opportunities for new generations through coffee, and each cup of this collaboration brings her a little closer.
