Our coffee from Peru is born between the mountains of Jaén and Cusco, at altitudes between 900 and 1,950 meters, where two organizations—Origin Coffee Lab in the north and Valle Inca in the south—work with producers committed to quality and sustainability. Processed by the wet process, it is an aromatic coffee with notes of cocoa, nuts and cane sugar, a balanced body and a mild acidity that makes it the perfect companion whether taken alone or with milk or a vegetable drink.

More than a coffee, a commitment

Behind each bean of this coffee there are two organizations that are changing the lives of Peruvian producers. Origin Coffee Lab, in Jaén, pays an average of 37% above the market price to small farmers and trains them in financial and agricultural techniques so that their farms are profitable in the long term. Valle Inca, in Cusco, was born with just 100 producers in 2014 and today brings together more than 385 certified organic farmers, reinvesting quality awards in infrastructure such as drying rooms and fermentation tanks so that the coffee improves year after year.
