From the mountains of Huila to your cup

Our Colombian coffee is born in the villages of Pitalito and Acevedo, in the south of the department of Huila, between 1,400 and 1,800 meters of altitude. The Castillo Supremo variety, processed by washing, results in a coffee with a floral fragrance, a base of cocoa and brown sugar, a creamy body and a subtle lemon-citrus touch. Balanced and with personality, it is the perfect companion for those who enjoy black coffee.

A country with two harvests a year

Colombia is one of the few countries in the world that, thanks to its geography and climate, can harvest coffee twice a year: the main one in the north during the first semester and a secondary one in the south during the second. In INCAPTO We work with farms and cooperatives from both regions, which allows us to guarantee fresh coffee in each shipment, throughout the year. This particular lot comes from the south, an area known for producing some of the most complex and aromatic coffees in the country.

Tasting notes are nuances that we can find naturally in coffee. Coffees with higher cupping scores are more nuanced and complex. If you like coffees with more traditional flavors, we recommend choosing varieties with tasting notes of the cocoa family, or nuts. On the other hand, if you like coffees with more personality, we recommend choosing coffees with floral or fruity tasting notes.
