Our Light Roast is born in Limu, Ethiopia, at 1,900 meters above sea level, by Ephtah Coffee. It's the same Heirloom variety and origin as our Ethiopian coffee, but with a light roast designed specifically for filter methods. The result is a coffee with notes of caramel, mandarin and jasmine, fruitier, with a more pronounced acidity and a light body. All the complexity of a great Ethiopian coffee, designed to be enjoyed drop by drop.
