Our Decaf Blend comes from selected farms in Brazil and Peru, at between 900 and 1,000 meters of altitude, with 100% Arabica Bourbon, Caturra and Mundo Novo varieties. The key to its quality is the Swiss Water decaffeination process: no chemical solvents, no toxins. Water does all the work, extracting the caffeine and reusing it in the process in a sustainable way. The result is a coffee with notes of cocoa, nuts and cane sugar that preserves the personality of the original bean as much as possible.

Swiss Water: the most respectful decaffeinated

Not all decaf are the same. The Swiss Water method uses no chemical or toxic solvents to extract caffeine: just pure water. This preserves the organoleptic properties of the coffee as much as possible—flavor, aroma, body—and is eco-friendly because it reuses water in the process. If you can drink caffeine, we recommend our high-altitude Arabicas, which naturally already have less caffeine (between 1.2 and 1.8% compared to 2-4% in robustas). But if you prefer or need to avoid it, this is your coffee.
