Good coffee
should be the norm.

We don’t want good coffee to be a luxury, an expensive hobby, a private club or an “if you don’t know, it’s not for you”. We want it to be the coffee you drink every day, only better.

We wanted
both things.

If good coffee already existed, why wasn’t it the one we drank every day? In 2020 we set out to build an alternative: specialty coffee with the ease of other ways of making coffee, but without capsules or needless waste.

That’s how INCAPTO started. Whole bean coffee, selected at origin and roasted in Barcelona. Bought directly from small growers and designed so you never run out at home. From bean to cup. Nothing else.

For people who know
a lot. And for people
who’d rather not know.

Some people cup coffees and argue about origins the way others argue about football. Others have a thousand things going on, little time and an ordinary kitchen. We make coffee for both. For anyone who enjoys knowing every detail, and for anyone who just wants their morning coffee to come out right.

Coffee was only
the beginning.

Making better coffee easy turned out to be harder than it looked. Choosing a good bean wasn’t enough: we had to think about the whole journey, from who grows it and how you buy it to the machine you brew it with and what happens afterwards.

So we work directly with small growers, roast our coffee in Barcelona, design our own machines and accessories, and take care of the day-to-day too.

At home and in
many more places.

INCAPTO started by bringing specialty coffee home. Today that same idea is also in offices, restaurants, hotels and other places where hundreds of coffees are served every day. Because even when the place or the machine changes, the idea stays the same: specialty coffee made easy.

At INCAPTO there are people who cup, select and roast coffee. And people who design machines, build technology, pick up the phone or keep testing until they find the fix. Very different profiles around one idea: making specialty coffee easy.

How we do it
matters too.

How we buy our coffee, how we work with people and what we do with the waste we create are part of our decisions too. We have been a B Corp since 2023, we hold ISO 14001 certification and we are certifying our coffees to guarantee their organic origin.
