INCAPTO Aura Duo comes with a measuring spoon designed by us and made from freshly roasted coffee residue. It's made to measure just the right amount and use the second hopper without filling it completely, whenever you feel like changing or trying a new variety.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of coffee can I use in the machine?

In any bean-to-cup machine it's important to always use 100% natural coffee beans. These machines don't accept sugar-roasted (torrefacto) coffee, as the sugar added during roasting damages the internal grinder. That coffee is also worse for your health because of its high content of sugar burnt at high temperature, and it's lower in quality. Remember that the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover faults caused by this type of coffee.

How often should the machine be descaled?

The descaling light comes on every time 25 litres of water have passed through your machine's circuit. Every case is different and depends on how long you brew your coffee. For example, if you drink two short coffees a day, the light would come on after about a year. The water you use matters too: the harder it is, the more limescale builds up in the circuits. We recommend not waiting for the light and descaling once a month, since beyond removing limescale it also gives the machine a deeper internal clean.

Can I finance the purchase of my machine?

Yes. If you buy it without a coffee subscription, you can finance it through our partner Sequra. If you buy it with a coffee subscription (machine + coffee), we offer interest-free financing over 3 months and financing with interest over 6 months, only for our INCAPTO branded machines.

Can I change the coffees and quantities in my subscription?

Your coffee subscription is fully flexible: you can change varieties, quantities and delivery dates whenever you need. With an active subscription you get 15% off the coffees you receive and, if your delivery is quarterly, a further 10% off.

What do I get if I take out a coffee subscription with my new machine?

If you buy your machine together with an INCAPTO coffee subscription, you get a discount on its price. The discount grows with the length you choose: 12 or 18 months. - With a 12-month subscription to INCAPTO coffees, you get a discount on the price without a subscription. - With the 18-month subscription option, the discount is €60 on the price with a 12-month subscription. On top of that, creating your coffee subscription gives you 15% off the price of the coffees you subscribe to, and a further 10% if you choose quarterly delivery. That's 25% off your coffee permanently, for as long as your subscription stays active.
